Me and my family go here almost every year! Its a great place to camp with your family. The swimming and fishing was great! We will be coming back very soon!

Used to come here as a kid, about 40 years ago. Wife and I will have to come up and check it out again. Was a nice place, from what I can remember.

I've been camping at Bear River every summer for the last 22 years every summer. It's the best place to be. The people that work there are very friendly and nice. The fishing and boating is the beat!!!! I can't wait to be there again this year. I wish it was today!!!

We are looking forward to our regular family summer trip back to the most beautiful lake and wonderful campgrounds on earth. We have had many special memories there and although some of them made it tough to even drive out of there and leave the place behind we are looking forward to the coming season. I am a third generation camper and fisherman at this campground and I have children now that are reaching adulthood themselves, I plan to spend many more seasons fishing and camping at this location. I recommend this place to everyone, the staff is friendly and somehow seems to remember everyone by name when you have been there a couple of times. Can't wait for the June 2011 Trout Derby!!!! Camped July 4th weekend in the group site and had the BEST time ever! Camping with the sound of the beautiful stream and water fall along with the lakeside camp sites you could not ask for anything better. The fishing was fantastic for the kids. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks again, the Soto’s, family and friends.

Bear River campground is the best place to camp by far in california. My parents would take me when i was a teenager and now im taking my 12 year old son and i hope he takes his children when he has some lol. I wont camp anywhere else. we usually camp for a week over the forth of july.Time always seems to fly when camping at bear river lake resort. Come camp at bear river and im willing to bet you will be back!

I've been coming to Bear since I was a kid. I'm now 35 years old, and I have 2 boys of my own that are building childhood memories at Bear just as I did. My friends and I camped at Bear long before we had kids, now our kids are camping together. How time flies! Bear is our favorite place to camp, and fish. Thank you for all of the memories and the fun times to come. Oh yeah, we'll be back on July 9, 2010 to enjoy yet another awesome weekend at Bear! Thanks again, the Senner and Barrientos families
